Meet Kasalina
My degree is in occupational therapy, which means I look too take a holistic approach to my practic, looking at both the mental and physical aspects of your well-being and how they connect.
With personal insight into life as a neurodivergent individual, I understand the unique challenges you face.
My background is working in a acute mental health hospital and in a centre that supports adults and children with learning disabilities. I have experience managing many different complex mental health and sensory needs for my patients as well as managing mental health conditions when they have reached crisis point.
I have training in de-escalation, mindfulness, anxiety management, ADHD coaching, sensory overwhelm and trauma.
